Are you the incredibly structured, detail orientated, get things type person who we are looking for?

As a Gaming Campaign Coordinator you are the person that executes and delivers our campaigns and other communication to our customers. You get inputs from different functions and then put the campaign together, starting from a simple idea to a finished product, which includes landing page setup, adding the copy and communication arrangement through different channels. No day is like another and you have to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. The role will put a lot of demand on your time management skills and your attention to details.

You’re good at:

  • Norwegian language – native level written and spoken
  • English language – Strong command of written and spoken

A flavour of what you’ll be doing:

Product Strategy

  • Write Design Briefs for promotions and enforce Product Manager’s vision for product
  • Conceptualise promotions along with Product Manager to drive key KPIs and decide on budget for the respective promotion, which will be approved by manager
  • Pushing games live in Market along with Product Manager
  • Implementing Product strategy outlined by Product Manager

End-to-End Responsibility for promotions

  • Write copy for promotions in native language
  • Setup Bonuses using back office tools
  • Prepare promotion pages, upload banners, setup communications and ensure all promotions owned are delivering as expected
  • Prepare report on promotion and suggest changes to product manager when needed
  • Competitor research and market research to ensure all relative promotions in market are delivered.
  • Cross-checking of Backoffice Setups
  • Setup communications
  • Manage their workload effectively and unsupervised
  • Performance Testing of Promotions
  • QA, and error checking of Promotion Setups
  • Documenting promotion setups for stakeholder teams (CRM, CS, NOC, Marketing)
  • Occasionally assisting in the execution of CRM Promotions*, or supports to Marketing Campaigns

Promotion Support

  • Game ordering on the site
  • Reporting on promotions
  • Payouts of promotions
  • Onsite Banner ordering and ensuring that the correct promotions show in correct places
  • Work on a roster along with other Product Campaign Coordinators after hours to support any incidents
  • Flexibility to work outside office hours to ensure relevance of executed promotions
